Sonder is space for like minded Hair Professionals to explore their independence in a supportive professional environment. Hair Professionals with more than 5 years experience and who are already enthusiastic about their craft are welcome to apply.
Sonder Collective offers Hair Professionals full time and part time memberships as independent operators. We want to collaborate with Hair Professionals who understand that nothing is achieved without a clear direction and hard work. The opportunity is only for Hair Professionals that have high referral numbers, already operating their diary at 80% capacity and generating 7 figure annual turnover. Basically if you are well liked and your clients rave about you to other people, we would love to collaborate with you.
Sonder Collective is not a way out of a challenging employment situation it is the step up for Hair Professionals who are ready to take the responsibility that comes with independence and freedom. Our goal is to support and collaborate with Hair Professionals who need a stepping stone to the next goal in their Life Plan. Our goal is to support Hair Professionals wanting to make the transition from lock star to inspirational salon owner.
