My Name is Kyle Whitcher and I take your fitness goals seriously. I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and my goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. I analyze your body type, BMI, and metabolism, to create your individualized fitness plan.

With a boxing and fitness training background, and several years of Krav Maga training under my belt, I am an accomplished Fitness instructor who is known for my detailed, step-by-step teaching style and personal approach to ensuring that clients excel in their fitness goals.
