Beautiful Escape Health and Beauty

Some places should not operate in modern day South Africa, beautiful escape turned out to be a HORRIBLE ESCAPE for me. I booked an appointment with them and was left feeling disappointed. The therapist could not even start to do my eyelashes, she first stated she could not "see". I did not think deeply about that, I responded, saying she should get her eyes checked, she left me in the room with my eyes taped up to sort herself out, I started feeling a little anxious at this point, she returns and re-started again after what felt like an eternity (eyes taped up). She started complaining again, now her sugar levels were low ("hypoglycaemic", is the term cayline wanted me to learn for the day), she stated she can't continue, left me again (anxious, eyes taped up) she left to make a phone call to her boss (the owner), mariske. At this point I stand up, report to reception, asking the other 2 therapists if they/anyone could assist me? Since cayline is feeling sick, no one was interested to assist, they told me to wait on cayline and "calm down" (I am super calm, was my response to this statement), cayline will advise on what to do next. She came back telling me her boss told her to choose her health first, which is reasonable, however no one was giving me a solution on what needs to happen next, I was left to decide on what to do. I asked to speak to the owner, mariske whom I was told is not available and they cant share her contact details. At this point caylin who is by the way extremely sick is having a conversation with mariske who seems uninterested to engage with me.ohhh, I am still waiting for her to call me back or be decent enough and respond to my email. I waisted my time, money, energy coming to this RACIST establishment. No other person should EVER be made to feel the way this girl tried to make me feel. You see cayline, I am Enough, Black and Proud, no stunts like the one you pulled would ever make me feel less! I feel sorry for you young lady! Establishments like these should be exposed for what they truly are, they have no place in this country. mariske and your team, you are a disgrace! You need to do better
